About Amanda Frutos

With five years of experience in the real estate industry, I’m passionate about helping clients navigate the market with confidence and clarity. I take pride in being detail-oriented, professional, and fully committed to providing exceptional service tailored to each client’s unique needs. My deep understanding of the local area and current market conditions allows me to offer strategic guidance to both buyers and sellers.

 

Before entering real estate, I worked in the legal field, where I specialized in reviewing and drafting contracts. That experience gave me a strong foundation in negotiation and compliance skills I now use to advocate for and protect my clients throughout every transaction. I also place a high value on customer service and enjoy building lasting relationships along the way.

 

In addition to working with clients, I serve as Director of Operations at Bybee & Co. Realty. In this role, I oversee daily operations, support company compliance, and assist agents in achieving their goals. I’m proud to be part of a collaborative and success-driven team where both agents and clients can thrive.

 

Outside of work, you’ll find me outdoors with my husband and our dogs—hiking, camping, hunting, or just enjoying nature. Staying active and exploring new places keeps me grounded and inspired.
