About Kylan Southward

As a member of NAR, I find it exciting to help others find a home designed for them and help them create wealth for future generations. My specialty is new build homes and investment properties. I have been around the real estate industry for the better part of my life working in home restoration, construction, cleaning, residential solar and alarms, and studied investments for about 7 years. 

I love spending time with my daughter and finding activities to do throughout the Utah County area together! Family is super important to me and I love having hobbies I can share with them. I’m a Disney dad, which means I enjoy things like visiting Disneyland or watching old movies just as much as my daughter does! My free time is spent on the golf course, cheering on the Pittsburgh Penguins, Miami Dolphins, or New Orleans Saints, or reading a good book.
