I’ve been selling real estate in Southern Utah for 11 + years with more the 40+ million real estate sold- but my experience with homes started long before I ever had a real estate license. I’ve been around new construction pretty much my entire life, so job sites, floor plans, building costs, subcontractors, and the occasional construction surprise are very familiar territory.
That background gives me a different perspective when I walk through a property. I’m not just looking at whether a home is beautiful—I’m thinking about how it was built, what could be changed, what improvements make sense, and where there may be opportunity.
I work in all areas of residential real estate, but I especially love the investment side. Whether it’s an income-producing property, a renovation opportunity, new construction, or a home with potential others might overlook, I love digging into the numbers and helping my clients figure out what actually makes sense.
My approach is pretty simple: know the market, understand the numbers, negotiate hard, answer the phone, and tell you what I really think—even when that means saying, “I know you love it, but we can find something better.” ;)
When I’m not talking houses, you can usually find me with my family, wakesurfing, boating, hiking, or enjoying all the outdoor adventures that make St. George such an incredible place to call home.
I love beautiful homes, but I love smart real estate even more.
And yes, after a lifetime around construction, I will absolutely have mentally remodeled the house before we finish the showing.
