About Liz Rosenbaum

Liz Rosenbaum is a lifelong resident of Spanish Fork, Utah, with a deep love for Utah County, its incredible people, and the strong sense of community that makes this area so special. Her connection to the area, combined with a genuine passion for helping others, naturally led her to a career in real estate.

Her interest in real estate began years ago through owning and managing her own investment properties. Navigating those transactions gave Liz real-world exposure to the process and a clear understanding of what buyers and sellers experience along the way. That firsthand perspective helps her guide clients with patience, honesty, and care

Now as a real estate agent, Liz brings that firsthand knowledge into every transaction. She is especially passionate about helping first-time buyers and sellers feel comfortable, informed, and confident throughout the process. Known for her warm, approachable style, Liz takes the time to explain each step, answer questions, and make sure her clients never feel rushed or pressured.

Outside of real estate, Liz is a proud mom of two and a devoted dog mom. She enjoys staying active, hiking Utah’s beautiful mountains, spending time outdoors, and being present with her family. She’s also deeply interested in personal growth and mindset, which influences the thoughtful, grounded way she works with clients.
