About Nicholas Condley

Hi, I’m Nick Condley, a Real Estate Agent proudly serving Spanish Fork and communities throughout Utah County, with the ability to serve clients in Salt Lake, Sevier, and Juab Counties as well.

I’ve called Spanish Fork home for 37 years, and I have a deep appreciation for the communities and people that make Utah such a great place to live. I’ve always enjoyed helping people, and I’m excited to build a career where I can work hard for my clients while creating more time and opportunities for my family.

After 15½ years in the printing industry, I decided to take a new path in real estate. While working in printing and how I was raised, these experiences have taught me the importance of hard work, accountability, communication, meeting deadlines, and taking pride in doing a job the right way. I bring those same values with me into serving my clients in real estate.

I’m naturally kind, honest, hardworking, and a good listener. I understand that buying or selling a home is a major decision, and my goal is to make the process as comfortable, straightforward, and stress-free as possible. Whether you’re buying your first home, looking for your next home, or selling a property, I’ll be there to listen to your needs, answer your questions, and work hard on your behalf.

When I’m not working, I enjoy spending time with my son and family, playing basketball, golfing, going to a movie, staying active at the gym, hunting, and enjoying music.
