About Nikayla Nogueira

I’m the Transaction Coordinator for Bybee & Co Realty, where I support a top-producing team of over 30 agents and help manage more than 200 successful closings each year. I’m highly organized, detail-oriented, and skilled at juggling multiple tasks while keeping transactions running smoothly from start to finish. Clear communication and meeting deadlines are top priorities for me, and I take pride in making the process seamless for both clients and agents. 

Outside of work, I love spending time with my husband and our three kids, especially when we’re outdoors exploring, playing sports, or just enjoying the sunshine. I’m also a big fan of a good book, homemade salsa, and a cold Dr Pepper.
