About Shayliah Lassen

Shayliah Lassen is a Utah local, Realtor®, and proud member of the National Association of Realtors (NAR). She began her career in the medical field as a medical assistant and scribe, where she developed strong communication skills, attention to detail, and a deep appreciation for helping people through important decisions.

Shayliah later transitioned into real estate and earned her Bachelor’s degree in Marketing from Western Governors University. She combines her background in marketing with a client-focused approach to help buyers and sellers navigate the process with clarity and confidence.

She especially enjoys working with first-time buyers, taking time to explain the details of the home buying process and helping clients understand how their first home can be a stepping stone toward building a real estate portfolio. Shayliah also enjoys working with investors and anyone looking to buy or sell in today’s market.

Having lived in Utah County her entire life, Shayliah has strong local insight and a genuine appreciation for the communities that make the area special. She proudly serves clients throughout Utah County and nearby areas including Salt Lake County, Juab County, and Sanpete County.
