Tayler’s real estate journey began over eleven years ago when she and her husband started flipping homes. What began as a hands-on learning experience quickly grew into a deep passion for the industry. Today, as both a licensed agent and active investor, Tayler brings valuable expertise in identifying high-potential properties, maximizing ROI, and navigating the rental and resale markets with confidence.

 

Having designed and built multiple spec homes from the ground up, she has a strong understanding of the construction process and the structural elements that impact long-term value. This technical knowledge, paired with her eye for design and detail, allows her to guide clients through everything from new builds and renovations to investment analysis and market positioning.

 

Tayler works with a wide range of clients—from first-time buyers to seasoned investors—but always brings the same level of dedication and transparency.
