About Kellen Bybee

After more than six years in the real estate industry — four of those as a licensed agent — I’ve built a career around helping people navigate one of the biggest decisions of their lives with confidence and clarity.

 

Real estate has been a part of my life for as long as I can remember. I grew up listening to my dad take client calls on speakerphone in the car, painting rentals, mowing lawns, and helping manage my parents’ investment properties. Those early hands-on experiences taught me the value of hard work, attention to detail, and building long-term relationships. 

 

Today, I’m proud to be part of Bybee & Co Realty — the family brokerage my parents built from the ground up. It’s a company rooted in experience, integrity, and one simple promise: “No One Will Outwork Us.” That’s the mindset I bring into every transaction.

 

I specialize in working with first-time home buyers and real estate investors, but I’m always happy to help anyone looking to buy or sell. My primary focus is Utah County, and I also serve surrounding areas like Salt Lake and Juab Counties.
